Software Development in Malta.
When off-the-shelf software almost fits, your team ends up working around it every day — in spreadsheets, group chats and workarounds nobody remembers to update. I design and build custom software around how your business actually runs: booking and scheduling systems, client portals, internal tools, dashboards and the integrations that make your existing tools finally talk to each other. One senior software developer, end to end — from the first conversation to the code running in production.
What custom software gets you
Fits your workflow exactly
The software bends to the business, not the other way round. No unused modules, no missing feature you “just have to live with”, no per-seat pricing creep.
One developer, end to end
The person you scope with is the person who designs, builds, ships and supports it. Decisions take a conversation, not a ticket queue.
Starts paying back fast
We ship the smallest version that solves the real problem first — often within weeks — then grow it based on what your team actually uses.
How we’ll work
- 01
Understand the problem
A working session on how the process runs today — who does what, where it hurts, what it costs. We define the smallest piece of software that fixes it.
- 02
Prototype before you commit
You get a working prototype to click through — real screens, real flows — so we validate the idea before serious money is spent on the full build.
- 03
Build, ship, support
Short build cycles with a live preview throughout, proper testing, then launch — followed by real support from the person who wrote every line.
Recent builds.
All websitesFAQs
What kind of software can you build?
Web-based systems of most shapes: booking and scheduling platforms, client portals, quoting and job-management tools, dashboards and reporting, e-commerce with custom logic, and integrations between the tools you already use.
We already use spreadsheets and it mostly works. Why change?
“Mostly works” usually means one person knows how it works, errors are invisible until they’re expensive, and nothing talks to anything else. Custom software keeps what your spreadsheet does well and removes the fragility — often it starts as an automated version of that exact spreadsheet.
How much does custom software cost?
It depends entirely on scope, which is why we start small: a scoping session and a working prototype first, then a fixed proposal for the smallest version worth shipping. You always know the number before the build starts.
Who owns the code?
You do. Full source code, documentation and accounts in your name — no lock-in, no hostage situations. Any developer could pick it up, though I’d rather you didn’t need one.
Can you also automate our existing processes?
Yes — automation is often the first phase of a custom-software project. Rostering, payroll, invoicing and reporting are common starting points; see the Business Automation page for the full list of easy wins.
Ready when you are.
Describe the process or the product — I’ll reply within a working day, and we can start with a free working prototype.
